So many people out there have mixed feelings about celebrating Valentine’s Day. Whether you are super single and dread the fact of celebrating the holiday alone, or are just not a fan of this ‘Hallmark holiday,’ skip Valentine’s Day this year and celebrate Galentine’s Day instead!
Galentine’s day is a special holiday started by Leslie Knope , which is on February 13 each year, and dedicated to celebrating all of the amazing women in your life. From your besties, sisters, aunts, cousins, mom and grandma, this holiday is all about celebrating all of the lovely ladies in your life! Don’t let this year fly by without celebrating this special holiday.
My friends Anna from @working_chix , Natalie from @natalieast and I teamed up to bring you some Galentine’s Day/Valentine’s Day outfit inspo in collaboration with Ted Baker. You know how much I love the Broadview hotel ( you can read all about my stay here ) and this is why I had to bring my girlfriends there to experience the best brunch in the city, and also I knew it was the perfect location for our photo shoot!

OUTFIT IDEA #1: LONG SLEEVE SPOTTED MINI DRESS
Anna (@working_chix ) wore this long sleeve spotted dress – and it looks darling on her! She styled them with black bow satin heeled shoes and the cutest mini leather tote bag. I loved her classic dress because I could totally see her wearing this on a date night with her hubby or even a Galentine’s Day brunch!
OUTFIT IDEAS #2: SHORT SLEEVE DRESS & SOPHISTICATED JACKET
Natalie (@natalieast) picked this cutest little dress . If you are working 9-5, this will be a perfect outfit for you. Creating the illusion of a skirt and top with less of the work, and will take you from desk to drinks with ease. Bring a preppy, smart edge to this look by adding this sophisticated jacket from Ted Baker, a pair of red heels and an elegant red purse to finish your look.
OUTFIT IDEAS #3: SKINNY BLACK JEGGINGS, FRILL BLOUSE & PINK HEART PURSE
It’s a little chilly on Galentine’s Day, opt for a skinny black jeggings. Featuring zips at the ankle cuffs, this flattering skinny pair matches perfectly with this cutest frill blouse. Since this day is all about love, I had to show off my romantic side with Ted’s LOVERR bag and matching pink heels.
