Valentine’s Day Style Guide with J.Crew: Date Outfit Ideas + Announcement.

Date day/night looks a little different nowadays. With Valentine’s Day on the horizon, I may have taken the opportunity to plan out a date outfit (or two or maybe three…oops) to celebrate this occasion. Call it a Hallmark holiday, but I’m sucker for all things V-Day related. There is no such thing as too much inspiration especially in wardrobe department…. From fancy dresses to casual sweaters, this post will have you ready for any kind of date. Keep scrolling for some of my favourite outfit ideas inspired by J.Crew collection + Announcement!

1. Little Red Dress

There’s no better occasion to break out a bright vintage-inspired red shirtdress then Valentine’s Day. This dress is by far my favourite piece from new J.Crew collection and irresistible heart print makes it so unique. Don’t you think guys? 

2. Because, bows…

Because it’s still sweater weather why not to incorporate cute fuchsia cardigan with little cute bow paired with sassy black crop pants, since there’s no better way to dress for a night out on the town this time of year.

3. Casual pops of colour.

If you are not head to toe colour kind of gal, why not to incorporate a pop of peach-pink into your Valentine’s Day ensemble? This new 100% cashmere sweater feels crazy soft, without being crazy expensive—and I wouldn’t be surprised if you want to reach for it every day.

It’s not always about red and pink, it’s ok to add a touch of blue this Valentine’s Day.  Whether it’s a night out in your favourite restaurant or candlelight dinner at home, a pretty ruffle neck pullover will make you look chic, but the same time you will feel super comfy.
