The whole fashion world is moving on to Spring when… it’s still cold and rainy (here!).
And that’s saying a lot when you live in Toronto. I know, I know – that’s the way seasons in fashion work. However, what’s attainable and realistic isn’t always what’s on trend and in vogue.
To me, spring is the season where you can get experimental with your looks. With so many layering options, outfit ideas are endless! Cue this fantastic beige sweater dress with gleaming button detail. Not only is it comfortable as can be, but it’s a perfect layering piece. That is, it looks great on its own with over-the-knee boots or cute sneakers and maybe a cozy scarf. But, you can easily make it an out-on-the-town ensemble by adding a sophisticated coat and booties like I did. Or you can get really cozy with it and wear it while curled up on the couch on a particularly lazy, fall Sunday.
