Fall is in full swing and winter holidays are not so far away too…And I bet you want to look good…And what if you are going somewhere south after the holidays?
I bet you want to look good:) So if you haven’t already started toning your tummy, what better time to start then NOW! Here is a basic but effective ab routine that can be done in the morning before work or anytime really! No equipment required, so no excuses!!!
REMEMBER: Stretching before you start your workout is the key to avoiding injury!!!
And now I would like to share one my work out techniques:)
Complete this circuit 3 (30 seconds, 20 seconds rest) times with 1 minute rest between each round
- FLUTTER KICKS
- LEFT SIDE PLANK
- RUSSIAN TWIST
- RIGHT SIDE PLANK
